Condition of sales

1. Hanks and Jaya Grocer’s CNY pre-order will run from:
   1. 2nd January 2025 to 24th January 2025 for customers to place pre-orders;
   1. 28th, 29th, and 30th January 2025, for the in-store pickup of pre-ordered products.
2. All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
3. There will not be a cutting service provided for Hanks and Jaya Grocer’s CNY pre-order items.
4. The prices displayed for the Hanks and Jaya Grocer’s CNY pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
5. All product images used in the Hanks and Jaya Grocer’s CNY pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
6. Please be reminded that there will be variations in the final weight of products.

In-store pickup conditions

• In-store pickups can only be made for the following dates: 28th January, 29th January, and 30th January 2025.
• Once the pre-order is placed, please collect your pre-ordered products from our cashier counters with your order confirmation.
• Orders can be collected from 12:00pm onwards on the selected pick-up date.
• All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date and time of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.
• Items in a single pre-order must all be fulfilled using the same method

For in-store pickups: All items in a single pre-order must be picked up at a single Hanks outlet at the same date and time.

1. For In-store Pickup, customers will be required to choose their preferred pickup outlet and time of collection at the point of pre-order purchase. No changes will be allowed for the pickup outlet or date of collection.
   1. Customers’ choice of outlets for in-store pickup is subject to availability.
   1. Customers will be required to pick up pre-ordered items at the stated date. Kindly bring along your order confirmation for in-store pickup.
   1. Hanks and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to dispose of CNY pre-order items if customers do not pick up their pre-ordered items at the designated dates.

Other conditions

1. Hanks and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
2. Hanks and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer CNY pre-order at any time.

Hanks and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Hanks and Jaya Grocer CNY pre-order with or without prior notice.
